Vinny needs to get some extra cash, so he participates in an experimental drug testing program. While he's there he runs into a very familiar face.... his Ex... Things start to go wrong when one of the drugs starts causing him to slowly shrink more and more each day! Causing him to eventually shrink down to less than an inch tall.
